A day in an agency without Vora

Most agencies run on a CRM, a dialer, a commission spreadsheet and a group chat. Here is what that costs in one ordinary day, and what changes.

7:40amOwner

Four spreadsheets open to work out what last week actually paid, and two of them disagree.

10:15amProducer

A screenshot of the carrier app texted to the upline, because the deal is not in the CRM yet.

1:30pmOps

A carrier report says “Pending requirements: APS”. Three people read it three ways.

4:05pmTeam lead

A chargeback lands with no warning, and nobody can say which policy it came from.

7:02pmCall floor

A lead from Ohio rings an agent who is only licensed in Florida.

9:20pmOwner

Who wrote the most premium this month? The answer waits for Monday’s export.

Four things every agency fights with

One system where the money, the policies and the calls agree

01Commissions

Every commission dollar, right across the hierarchy

Expected pay for every deal and every level above it, advances and chargebacks tracked, and carrier statements matched against what you were owed.

  • Commission grids by carrier and product
  • Advance and tranche schedules for every level
  • Chargebacks projected as debt, tied to the policy
  • Statements parsed, matched and applied
Expected commissions with total payout, received commission and payout tabs

Spread for one deal

Example: term life, $150.00 monthly premium

Grid configured
LevelShareAdvance
Writing agent80% level80%$1,080.00
Upline manager100% level20%$270.00
Agency owner120% level20%$270.00
Total advance across the hierarchy$1,620.00

Spread figures are an example.

02Dialer and leads

A dialer that knows the rules before the phone rings

Preview, power and parallel dialing in the browser, inside the same record as the policy. Calling windows, do-not-call, consent and the abandonment cap are checked on every number, every time.

Answers about your agency, in plain English

Questions agencies ask

Anything else, call 786-654-1233 or write to info@vorafinancial.io.

Who is Vora for?

Life insurance agencies: owners, managers and agents, and the contracting and ops staff who keep it running. Vora is sold to the agency and covers the whole hierarchy.

How do we get started?

Book a demo and we will set up your agency, load your carriers and commission grid, and send invites to your team. Agents joining an existing Vora agency use their invite or join code.

How much does it cost?

Vora is priced for each agency, around your headcount, rollout and setup. Every seat includes everything, and texting, calls and AI are not billed separately. You get a quote after your demo.

Can we move off our current CRM?

Yes. Vora was built to replace legacy agency CRMs, and we import your book, clients and carrier reports as part of setup.

Who can see our clients?

The writing agent, and the people above them in the hierarchy who need to. Other agents cannot. Sensitive details are masked by default and every change is recorded.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Vora is designed for phones first and can be installed to your home screen. Posting a deal takes under two minutes.
